W4AVA’s amateur radio system is the most powerful in the Nation’s Capital. It covers the metropolitan Washington, DC, region; Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland utilizing multiple remote receivers which provide superior support to both mobile and pedestrian hand-held operators.
